Revamping Aspesi

Following the brand’s acquisition, Isabelle Harvie-Watt developed a new brand strategy, brand identity and go to market strategy for the company.  She also defined a new digital strategy for the brand and started the process of bringing the ecommerce business in-house.  When the CEO left in May 2019 Isabelle took over as Interim CEO for 5 months.
